Field trip

The registration fee allows attendants to select one of the field trip options (be aware that some of the field trips have limited number of participants). Attendants will select their preferences in order of registration.

Trip 1: Landscapes of Coexistence – Forest Productivity Meets Preservation (max 40 attendants).

Emphasis is on Eucalypt plantations, mosaic landscapes integrating production and conservation aspects in a private natural heritage reserve ( Reserva Particular do Patrimônio Natural – RPPN).

Trip 2: Economic, social and Environmental Conflicts – Cultivating Solutions (max 40 attendants).

This field trip deals with social aspects, the participants will visit to communities of small producers and rural settlers, indigenous populations.

Trip 3: Rebuilding Forests – Challenges and Successes (max 40 attendants).

Focusing on restoration of degradated areas with focus on the conservation of the diversity of native forests of the region. The field trip includes a visit to an RPPN.

Trip 4. Cultural visit.
