The registration fee includes:
- Full admission to the conference according to the congress programme.
- Welcome cocktail on May 17th, coffee breaks and lunches during the conference.
- Banquet dinner on 20th of May.
- Field trip

* Attendants with discounts rates (i.e those with lower price than General Attendee) will need to proof their status (e.g. student, group from private companies) in the registration desk.
**DecisionES project coordinators will register as DecisionES participants. In addition ot the conference, they will participate in the DecisionES project business meeting May 21st (afternoon).
*** Accompanying person pays a fix rate of 200 euros to cover the cost of cocktail, lunches and dinner.
+++ There is the possibility to apply as a student volunteer. They will not pay registration fee but will get all benefits as the other attendants.
